Leave the details to us. Our all inclusive intimate wedding package is perfect for the busy couple who want all of the details taken care of in one place. Host your romantic ceremony in the garden or in the event of poor weather in the living room in front of the fireplace. Then enjoy cocktail hour with passed appetizers and a cheese and veggie selection. Dinner is served family style at elegantly appointed tables under the lights of an ancient Linden Tree or in the comfort of our large game room. Glorious country wedding setting at old fashioned country prices!
- Luncheon or Dinner Service Menu’s are individually planned based on fresh local ingredients and your culinary preferences. Select from family style or buffet service.
- Elegant table settings with white table cloths, cloth napkins, white china, silverware, and glass wear
- Seasonal flower arrangements made from the onsite wildflowers at each table.
- Bride’s Bouquet of seasonal flowers and Groom’s Boutonniere, your choice of color.
- Sparkling cider or wedding punch to toast your union. You are welcome to provide your own Alcohol provide that you follow the VA state ABC laws.
- Decadent two tiered wedding cake, your choice of flavor, made by our pastry chef.
- Exclusive use of the Inn and grounds from Friday at 3pm until Sunday at noon.
- Six guests rooms for two nights for up to 12 or your closest friends. Additional guests sharing rooms will be charged $25 per night. This is a $2500 value!
- A large family style breakfast each morning for Inn Guests.
Our Intimate Wedding Package starts at $3900 for 12 guests.
- Additional Guests – up to 40, add $65 per person.
- Thirty guests are the maximum number that we can accommodate for an indoor reception.
- We are happy to arrange a white garden wedding tent to ensure against bad weather for an additional charge.
