This menu is offered as a starting point  when planning your event. .  All food service for your event is provided by a local licensed caterer.  We will work together to develop a seasonal menu that will fit your celebration and food preferences.. Welcome Hour (Select Three)

  • Vegetable Crudite Display – A colorful array of zucchinik cucumbers, carrots, celery and broccoli served with Buttermilk Ranch Dressing and Hummus
  • Gourmet Cheese Display – served with crackers and fresh fruit
  • Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip
  • Hot Crab Dip
  • Petite Crab Cakes served with Creole Remoulade
  • Spinach and Feta stuffed puff pastry
  • Meatballs in a classic sweet bourbon sauce
  • Mushrooms stuffed with Spinach and Artichoke.
  • Smoked Ham and Gorgonzola Tartlets
  • Bacon Wrapped Scallops

Salad (Select One)

  • Chop Salad; Mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, green pepper and feta
  • Sunburst  Salad; Mixed greens, dried cranberries, toasted almonds, blue cheese and raspberry vinaigrette
  • Caprese Salad; Mozzarella, grape tomatoes, fresh basil and baby spinach tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette
  • Candied Pecan Chop Salad; chopped greens, tomato, cucumber, red onion, candied pecans in a blue cheese vinaigrette
  • Gorgonzola., Pear and Candied Walnut Salad; Baby field greens, fresh gorgonzola cheese, pear slices, and candied walnuts tossed in a champagne vinaigrette

  • Chicken Piccata; The classic sautéed in a light lemon butter sauce
  • Chicken Portobello, Breast of chicken smothered in a fresh mushroom wine sauce
  • Herb-Crusted Pork Roulade in a spice mustard sauce
  • Honey and Brown Sugar glazed Spiral Ham
  • Pulled Pork BBQ
  • Baked Atlantic Salmon with a spinach sauce
  • Penne Americana Chicken, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and herbs tossed with penne pasta in a light rose cream sauce.
  • Roasted Turkey breast with an old fashioned homemade gravy
  • Beef Tips with sautéed onions in a sherry  mushroom sauce served over pasta ribbons
  • Tenderloin Fillet Mignon cooked medium rare with mushroom gravy sauce  (Add $5 per person)

Bar Service

  • All guests must agree to follow the VA ABC Laws. Hosts are welcome to provide bear wine and alcohol.
  • We provide, Ice Water, Tea and Lemon Aid. – Select Southern Sweet Tea or  Herb Tea, Coffee
  • Bartender Service is available for $50 per hour.
